When can I edit a booking?
You can edit a booking that is in pending or confirmed status. You cannot edit bookings that are cancelled, expired, or completed.
Only future slots can be changed. If your booking has past slots alongside future slots, the past slots are locked and cannot be altered.
How to edit
- Go to /studio and enter your booking reference in the search, or open the confirmation email and click the booking link.
- On the confirmation panel, click Edit booking.
- The planner reloads with your current slots pre-selected. Add or remove slots as needed.
- Open the cart and click Update Booking to save your changes.
Your booking retains the same reference number (SL-XXXXXX). The status stays as it was before the edit.
After you save, you will receive a booking updated email with the new slot list and a link back to your booking. If an admin changes your booking for you, you will receive an email as well.
