Booking statuses
Every booking moves through a lifecycle tracked by a status field.
Pending — The booking has been submitted and is awaiting confirmation by the studio team. Your slot is reserved and no one else can book it.
Confirmed — The studio team has confirmed your booking. You are good to go.
Cancelled — The booking has been cancelled. The slot is released and may be booked by others. Cancellations can be initiated by you or by the studio team.
Expired — The booking was never confirmed and its slots have passed. This status is set automatically.
No-show — You did not attend a confirmed booking. The studio team sets this status after the session time.
Does status affect my slot?
Yes. Only pending and confirmed bookings block availability. Cancelled, expired, and no-show bookings release the slots so others can book them.
