We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as medical records) through this website. Health information relevant to coaching is handled separately and directly between coach and athlete.

• Respond to your enquiry or coaching request

• Manage our coaching community and membership
• Send relevant updates about Sláinte Endurance programmes where you have consented

• Supabase — database infrastructure (EU-hosted)
• Zoho CRM — customer relationship management
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and waitlist data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or for as long as necessary to manage an ongoing coaching relationship. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data where there is no lawful basis for retention
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
