How to cancel a booking

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel a pending or confirmed booking by contacting the studio team directly at hello@slainteendurance.com with your booking reference.

Admin users can cancel bookings directly from the Engage portal.

What happens after cancellation?

  • —The booking status changes to cancelled.
  • —Your slots are immediately released and become available for other athletes to book.
  • —You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

Cancellation policy

Please refer to the studio's terms and conditions for the applicable notice period and any fees that may apply to late cancellations.
