Studio bays
Sláinte Endurance operates two types of training bay:
Woodway bays
2 bays available. Woodway treadmills designed for running, speed work, and high-intensity interval training. Suitable for all distances from sprint work to long aerobic runs.
Turbo bays
4 bays available. Bike trainer setups for cycling-specific sessions including threshold work, VO2 intervals, and long endurance rides.
Can I mix bays in one booking?
Yes. You can include both Woodway and Turbo slots in a single booking. The booking planner allows you to select any combination of available slots across bay types, days, and times.
The studio planner shows a 7-day rolling window. If you need to book further in advance, contact the studio team directly.
