Where is my billing history?
If you have a Sláinte Endurance client account, your billing history is available in the Engage portal under Billing in your client navigation.
The billing screen shows:
- All orders and invoices associated with your account
- Invoice status (paid, unpaid, overdue)
- Line items for each invoice
- Subscription history if you hold an active plan
I don't see my invoices
Invoices are synced from Zoho Books and matched to your account by email address. If your billing email differs from your login email, contact the studio team to have your records linked.
Downloading invoices
At present, invoices must be downloaded directly from the studio. Contact hello@slainteendurance.com with your invoice reference and the team will provide a PDF copy.
