Sláinte EnduranceMore than a swim squad. We organise coaching around the athlete — expert coaching, individual attention and structured development for committed swimmers, in and beyond the pool.
Every athlete develops differently. Our role isn’t simply to deliver sessions — it is to understand each athlete, build a plan around their goals and guide their development over time. Small coaching groups allow meaningful feedback, stronger relationships and consistent progression.
Small coaching groups ensure every swimmer is seen, coached and challenged in every session.
Every athlete follows a clear pathway, with measurable development and purposeful progression.
Professional standards, positive habits and accountability — an environment where young athletes enjoy improving.
One path — from where a swimmer stands today to the goal of Olympic participation. The Competitive programme prepares swimmers for Performance; the Performance programme is the elite tier that drives athletes toward the Olympics. Which programme you train in is set by ability and skill, not age.
Designed for swimmers developing the habits, skills and commitment of competitive swimming — not yet ready for the full demands of the Performance programme, but showing strong potential, consistency and a willingness to improve.
Trial session & coach review — placed on potential, consistency and attitude.
A high-performance environment with individually tailored plans, for swimmers already tracking toward podium-level performances in the UAE and internationally — in line with the long-term 2032 Olympic participation goal and beyond.
Formal assessment & coach nomination only — profiled on technique, capacity, mindset & performance.
“We do not believe in overcrowded squad systems. Talented athletes deserve professional development, individualised guidance, and a system designed to help them reach their highest potential.”
Race-pace work, underwater filming, start work, lactate sets, power & cords, testing days and open water.
Swimming-specific S&C for strength, explosive power, mobility, stability and recovery.
Shoulder health, core stability, load management and movement correction for athletic longevity.
Video analysis, tactical race discussions, one-on-one reviews and goal-setting — the why behind the work.
Professional monitoring systems track progression and optimise training quality and recovery — so every decision is informed.
A clear map of the standards to chase at each stage — for athletes, parents and coaches alike. Times are illustrative, coach-adjustable guides, never pass/fail cut-offs. Technique and safety always take priority over the clock.

A detailed evaluation of swimming technique, mobility & movement quality, athletic capacities, competitive standards, mindset and current performance level — to determine suitability and pathway placement.
A structured session on long-term goals, commitment expectations, responsibilities, training structure, competition planning and academy philosophy — ensuring complete alignment between athlete, parents and coaches.
Athlete pathway planning begins: training schedules are structured, competition calendars mapped, development goals established and performance priorities identified.
Program enrollment, scheduling, athlete monitoring setup and performance tracking — the athlete officially begins their high-performance development journey.
Professional coaching. Individual attention. Long-term progression. It starts with an assessment to find the right programme for your athlete.
